Preliminary design, final design and preparation of Contract documents for Amman Industrial Estate of 130 hectares in Sahab. The work consisted of designing Factory Buildings, storage areas and the design of all roads, utilities and other miscellaneous works.

The design and working drawings of the power plant comprising of workshops and stores, switch gear building, chlorination building, chlorine storage building, chemical products storage building, H2 - CO2 - Nitrogen storage building, pumping station, crude oil and gas oil buildings, pumping plant and other buildings. The total area of buildings is 13,900 sq.m.

The preparation of structural and working drawings for a one-storey office building of an area of 320 sq.m. with an adjoining warehouse shed of an area of 3775 sq.m.

Preliminary design of the architectural and civil works of the new Irbid Power House. This included the building housing, the four generating units with the control gear, an administrating wing, and a separate workshop. Outstanding features of the project include a folded plate roof, and an aesthetically pleasing hyperbolic paraboloid elevated water tank. Our design won first prize in the competition.
