The expanded Al-Ghurair Center includes 67,000 sq.m. of retail space, a 1500mm seat cinema, 34,000 sq.m. of office space, 701 apartment units and the required parking needs will be 3522 spaces. Three new parking structures along with the existing carpark will provide the needed parking supply.

3- Several Car Parks in Dubai - Phase I

The project comprises the construction of access roads and car parks at 11 locations in Deira, one location No. 11 in Karama in Dubai. This also includes the improvement of access roads to car park No. 3 at Deira vegetable/fish market to cater for the newly planned traffic flow pattern in the area.

The project sites in general are located in the main business / commercial center (Al Ras) the commercial / residential sector off Al Naif Road, residential areas of Burj Nahar and Al Muteena and in Al-Karma.
Liaison with all the service authorities and in particular with Dewa (Water and Electricity Division) Etisalat, Drainage and Irrigation Department Horticulture and street lighting section was essential to evaluate their requirements and incorporate them in the project and also allow for intersections designs in all car parks.

The project included the construction of parking for schools at 11 locations along with Al-Kola Road (138/03) in Karama. The work comprises construction of access roads to the schools alongwith the parkings and work for the services authorities including stormwater drainage, raised kerbs, interlocking footpath tiles and green areas. The total Nos. of parking spaces is 1018. It also includes signing and marking, painting.
