Traffic Impact Assessment for the expanded and enhanced At Ghurair Center. The expanded Al-Ghurair Center includes 67,000 sq.m. of retail space, a 1500mm seat cinema, 34,000 sq.m. of office space, 701 apartment units and the required parking needs will be 3522 spaces. Three new parking structures along with the existing carpark will provide the needed parking supply.

-Road Works and Parking
-The construction of about 6km length of 8m wide roads and approximately 41,000/s.m. of street and off street parking areas with a capacity of about 950 vehicles.

The project comprises the construction of access roads and car parks at 11 locations in Deira, one location No. 11 in Karama in Dubai. This also includes the improvement of access roads to car park No. 3 at Deira vegetable/fish market to cater for the newly planned traffic flow pattern in the area.

The project sites in general are located in the main business / commercial center (Al Ras) the commercial / residential sector off Al Naif Road, residential areas of Burj Nahar and Al Muteena and in Al-Karma.
Liaison with all the service authorities and in particular with Dewa (Water and Electricity Division) Etisalat, Drainage and Irrigation Department Horticulture and street lighting section was essential to evaluate their requirements and incorporate them in the project and also allow for intersections designs in all car parks.

The project included the construction of parking for schools at 11 locations along with Al-Kola Road (138/03) in Karama. The work comprises construction of access roads to the schools alongwith the parkings and work for the services authorities including stormwater drainage, raised kerbs, interlocking footpath tiles and green areas. The total Nos. of parking spaces is 1018. It also includes signing and marking, painting.

The works comprises of the construction, completion and maintenance of the several car parks in Dubai, namely Car Park No. 1, Car Park No. 2, Car Park No. 3 with the following locations:
Car Park No. 1 544 parkings in Karama
Car Park No. 2 185 parkings in Karama
Car Park No. 3 430 parkings in Deira
In general, the works include earthworks, pavement works, raised kerbs, interlocking tiles, footpaths, drainage and irrigation works, tree pits and green areas and works required by the service authorities, signing and marking and painting.

The works comprises the construction, completion and maintenance of the Access Road and Parking Areas for the New Dubai Law Court, with the following major works:-

In general, the works include earthworks, pavement works, covered parking, kerbs, interlocking the footpath, drainage work and works required by the service authorities.

The project involves the construction, installation, and commissioning of some seven vehicle monitoring stations within Dubai Emirate at the following road locations: Abu Dhabi - Dubai, Al-Ain - Dubai, Hatta, Dubai, Port Rashid Gate No. 1, Port Rashid Gate No. 3 Jebel Ali Port, and Sharjah Link Road.
The works involves the construction of roads, control offices, public facilities, weigh bridge pits, parking areas, footpaths, fences, including drainage system, lighting system and all the required works for the existing services as per the drawings and the engineer's instructions.
